Pomegranate Balsamic Glazed Grilled Rib

Ingredients

  • Pomegranate Balsamic Grill Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Pomegranate Balsamic
  • 1/4 cup Organic Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbs. good quality Dijon style mustard
  • 2 teaspoons kosher or sea salt

Instructions

  1. Get the grill ready!
  2. In a bowl, whisk the mustard with the salt, and balsamic until blended thoroughly.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil whisking quickly and continuously. The marinade should become thick and emulsified.
  4. Place up to four rib-eye steaks and thoroughly coat with the marinade in a bag or container.
  5. Refrigerate and marinate for 4-6 hours, turning the steaks at least once.
  6. Grill the steaks to your liking! Let the steaks rest under tin foil for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
